The deployment module should be removed from the undeploy directory if deployment failed.

If an attempt was made to create a data source (or destination) with duplicate jndi name, a deployment module would be created in the undeploy directory but failed to be deploy (because the file already existed in the deploy directory). This then prevented the original data source (or destination) to be removed because the file left in the undeploy directory caused the undeploy operation to fail.

The deployment module should be removed from the undeploy directory if the call to deploymentService.deployModuleAsync() failed.
