Should only update/add Message and State SQL properties

When switching between different sets of JBossMQ Message and State SQL we should just update/add properites rather than replace all existings properties. This way attributes we don't know/care about, e.g. POPULATE.TABLES.nn, won't get blown away when switching between sets of SQL.
