RemoteCacheManager.getCache should return null if cache not defined

RemoteCacheManager.getCache() should return null if the cache requested is not defined in the server, rather than throwing an exception. It's a normal circumstance that a cache is not defined and so clients shouldn't need to treat it exceptionally.
