Validate configuration of LuceneIndexLocking cache

If the LuceneIndexesLocking cache is evicted the Infinispan directory throws exception that the lock is not valid. This cache should not be configured with eviction or stores since the locking is a runtime state of the index and is deleted/recreated upon cache restart
