Remove JCache dependency from CDI module

    Description

      Move InjectedCacheResolver to jcache/ module, avoiding CDI module's dependency on JCache module. On top of that, existing CDI+JCache integration tests should be moved to a dedicated test project under https://github.com/infinispan/infinispan/tree/master/integrationtests
