Concurrent puts fail with writeSkew

Similar problem to JBCACHE-1555 is present in Infinispan:

WriteSkew is detected even if we haven't read any data previously in the transaction. The root cause could be the same as in JBCACHE-1555 but haven't looked into it further yet.
