TransactionTable#timeoutExecutor not closed when component is stopped

When a cache is stopped, its org.infinispan.transaction.impl.TransactionTable#timeoutExecutor is not shut down, so multiple cache restarts cause scheduled threads to accumulate, and memory leaks of the objects they reference.
