Support multiple indexing fields from the same entity field with HotRod

It would be very useful to address for instance the case where we need order on an analyzed field.
This will be defined by just putting more indexing annotations on the same field.
This is fully supported by the underlying Hibernate Search 6.

In particular this feature seems to be not available with the HotRod client.
