CLI properties in storage directory override those explicitly provided via --properties flag

Properties located at $HOME/.config/infinispan always take precedence over those explicitly provided via ./cli.sh --properties /tmp/cli.properties. As the --properties flag is explicitly added by the user, I would expect these properties to override those implicitly loaded from the storage dir.
