Create profile to disable "deprecated" marshallers

Kryo and Protostuff marshallers are available for the Hot Rod client but, both of them are deprecated and will be removed in a future version.

Upstream, they can still be used but for downstream there is no need to build them (they are not shipped either supported).

Create a profile, enabled by default, for building these modules. The profile will be disabled downstream.
