Improve media type management in the console

use the fixed media type management to deal better encoding in caches.

• xml do need to support xml only
• json only json
• text strings 
• protobuf java basic types and json when _type is present
• java and jboss encoding normal basic types

Include a better error handling and messages when 

• Spring session caches or any other cache contain protobuf types that can't be interpreted from the console
• Authorization lack permission messages
• Not found messages when they make sense (an entry key does not exist)
