Hot Rod client initial server list should be required

The initial server list is now optional. If no server is configured, the client connects to 127.0.0.1:11222, and the connection errors are confusing to new users.

It would be better if ConfigurationBuilder.validate() required at least one entry in the servers list and threw an explanatory exception if the list was empty.
