Stores do not properly add to the childrenInfo subElements causing JSON parser to not work

Some of the various stores add children info for parsing, but however miss adding the parent class children info (which includes async). This causes the async elements to not be created when generating json from a configuration.

For example SoftIndexFileStoreConfigurationBuilder, RocksDBStoreConfigurationBuilder, and JdbcStringBasedStoreConfigurationBuilder do not do this properly.
