Change SoftIndexFileStore to be the Infinispan default file store

    Description

      SoftIndexFileStore has been improved to support segmentation and no longer utilize many extra threads.

      We should now be able to make SoftIndexFileStore the file store in Infinispan. This means doing a few different things:

      1. Move SoftIndexFileStore to core
      2. Deprecate SingleFileStore and move to single-file-store
      3. Add in migration code from SFS to SIFS upon startup
      4. Change our internal references to keep using SFS when acceptable
