SoftIndexFileStore no longer needs to warn about being segmented

The SoftIndexFileStore has been converted to be segmented. It no longer requires any additional threads than those in the blocking pool and doesn't require a ton of open files as before. We need to remove the warning to not confuse users as soft index file store can only be segmented now.
