Support segmentation in RocksDBStore with a single ColumnFamily

RocksDBStore could use a single column family, with the segment as a key prefix.

Iteration over a single segment would still be fast, because RocksDB supports iteration over a range of keys. Deletion of all keys in a segment would be similarly fast.
