GC logging provided by default with GC_LOG is valid for Java 8 only

    Description

      If user sets GC_LOG to true (true by default with 8.1.1) then it's expected to start jvm with gc logging args. This is only valid for Java 8 as options incorporated in server script (commons.sh) are no longer valid with Java 11 and as a result they are not configured.
