Including configuration examples in the server distribution

We should ship the server configurations used by our testsuite as examples in the server distribution.
The files should be flattened (i.e. all xincludes resolved), renamed (to remove `Test`) and cleaned up from test-specific items (e.g. jgroups test stacks).
