Add JGroups stack.combine INSERT_BEFORE

The JGroups stack combiner supports INSERT_AFTER. It is also useful to add INSERT_BEFORE as well as INSERT_ABOVE and INSERT_BELOW aliases to better fit with the JGroups terminology.
