      Description

For queues defined in the xml (https://gist.github.com/5662559), msg/start raises a ClassCastException: org.jboss.as.messaging.jms.JMSQueueService cannot be cast to org.projectodd.polyglot.messaging.destinations.DestroyableJMSQueueService

      From irc:

<apricots> ok. there are 2 cases then for using a queue defined in xml:
                 1. immutant.messaging/listen alone causes a queue not available error on deployment,
and 2. immutant.messaging/start before immutant.messaging/listen causes the Class
                 cast exception you saw
