      Description

cqlsh is a useful tool for inspecting data in Cassandra during development and testing. It is not currently possible to log in via cqlsh when Cassandra is deployed as a docker container. As described here, we need to create/update the /.cqlshrc file to include SSL certificate info. This is not possible because the file system in the Cassandra container is read-only. It would be nice if the container is built with the necessary /.cqlshrc file so that I can do docker exec -it <container_id> /bin/bash and then run cqlsh.
