Goal: 

• As a developer I want to provide a unit test to listRepositoriesRpm http handler that meet with:

Acceptance Criteria:

• tests are passed.
• If possible, struct use cases as a table, so we can extend use cases with a new table entry.
• The use cases provide coverage for the different handler scenarios.
• if code is refactored, and new methods or functions are created, add unit tests for them too.
