Problem:  

When deploying a new tools/services from a certified Helm Chart, we should make sure we are providing the "best" experience to the developer. 

One aspect is to simplify how they can connect to their service from their applications. For that Service Binding would be beneficial.

Having certified charts providing binding annotation would be a great win for the platform cohesiveness and developer experience.

Goal:

Provide a new check as part of the chart-verifier to check the service binding compatibility.
