Problem:

With the new chart registry and the certification program, all existing Red Hat helm Charts should satisfy the same level of compliance. 

Goal:

• Move existing Red Hat charts to the new chart repo

• Make sure that all Red Hat's own Helm Charts are getting through the Chart-Verifier tool so that they provide the same level of compliance than the one we are requiring from external partners.
• Dependency: Finish the labelling/annotation of the non-partner charts that are going on the repository.

Why is it important?

Red Hat products, Partners and Helm charts provider should all be compliant with the same level of requirements for the Chart.
