Replace deployment shouldn't allow to specify name and runtime name

    Description

      After deploying an application, if you try to replace it with another war, the "Verify upload" step is shown with editable fields. This is not consistent with the rest of the admin console and can lead to confusion as you can only specify a name and runtime-name of an application that is already deployed (you are in fact replacing it).

      I think this step should be removed or at least disable the inputs, so that the user can still verify the information before proceeding.
