    Description

When you create syslog handler and then try to set port value to 0 it is not really saved and after refreshing page the previous value is shown.
Through CLI with command /subsystem=logging/syslog-handler=test:write-attribute(name=port,value=0) is port value set to 0 because from read-resource-description the minimum value of port is 0.
