Add support for configuration changes per server in domain mode

Domain Mode
Currently the configuration changes can be configured per host only using {selected.host}/subsystem=core-management/service=configuration-changes. But there's also a way to configure the changes per server through the server's profile: profile=foo/subsystem=core-management/service=configuration-changes. The list of changes is then retrieved using /host=foo/server=bar/subsystem=core-management/service=configuration-changes:list-changes

This issue is about to enable the server related configuration changes.

Standalone Mode
In standalone mode there's only one resource to configure the configuration changes, which is already supported. So nothing to do here.
