      Description:

      Update the mark as optional logic while adding integration test.
      In Add integration test page, when the test is marked as optional add the following label to the integrationTestScenario CR

      `test.appstudio.openshift.io/optional: true`

      Additional Info:

      Currently, it is using spec.optional field.
