Description

As a user, I want to be able to see the HACBS user interface incorporated as part of my AppStudio environment. This will be handled as part of model feature flags, which is currently in development. Currently, the HACBS UI uses workarounds to show/hide it in the AppStudio environment. Once the model feature flag API becomes available, the HACBS UI needs to work with the API to detect if it is a HACBS system and 'turn on' HACBS functionality within AppStudio, aka show the HACBS-specific pages and UI elements.

Acceptance Criteria

• Feature Flag all the HAC BS pages, navigations and components via `FeatureFlag/Model` , `FeatureFlag/Custom` extensions
• HACBS features should be only shown only when the hacbs crds are available

HACBS Crd to be used to feature flags are IntegrationTestScenario, Release and ReleaseLink
