When creating a sample, it's trying to use application display name thus erroring out

      When creating a sample, errors are encountered due to the application display name.

      It looks to be concatenating the app display name with the component name. It should be using the app resource name. See images below capturing where it's erroring out because of spaces and/or capital letters:
