User Goal
As an Architect, I want load the same wizard from HAC Infra plugin and OCM UI. This spike is to investigate if via federation this can be achieved or not (consulting with Karel)

AC

• • Answer the question and document IF wizard code written in HAC-Infra plugin can be loaded from OCM UI. Yes or no
  • If yes, if and what may be different i.e. any technical limitations worth noting
  • If no, is there any other technical solution to enable code re-use in the least painful way
