Description

Need visual updates to the Env cards on the Settings page. There are contrast issues with the card and the page background.

Cards should include

1. Environment name
2. Deployment strategy: label
3. Applications: #

(REMOVE the link that currently exists)

The label indicating the deployment strategy should either be Automatic or Manual{}

Notes:

• be sure to use appropriate font sizes ( connect with Brie if you need more details )
• Please be sure to use the border color for PF Cards suggested when using a white background.  Note that this looks different than what's currently implemented
