Description

As a user, i want to be able to view all of my Environment cards in promotion order.

Acceptance Criteria

• Should sort environment cards based on parent environment attribute.

Environments in Settings page

Env cards are listed alphabetically

Environments in Application Components page

Env cards are listed alphabetically

Desired behavior

Environment cards should be listed in promotion order
