User Goal
As an Architect, I want to sign up for access to the red hat control plane service.

The purpose of this story is to show the getting started page and allow the user to sign up for the red hat control plane service.

AC

• Build the getting started pages:
  • Introduction section top of page
    • description
    • call to action button
    • call to action form 
    • call to action status after signup is complete
  • Overview sections with:
    • Transparent multi-cluster via Locations
    • Multi-tenancy via Workspaces
    • API sharing across your org
  • Common use cases section at bottom
