User can enter the same application name as some already created application has. The process let him go further to define component URL and component details. It fires an error after clicking Create button. The user then needs to click the Back button all the way back to change the name of the app (and input all info again due to a bug).

Expected behavior:
The process will not let the user continue with the name of the already created app.
