Description of problem:

While creating an ArgoCD application, the ArgoCD UI, does not show branches of the selected repository.

Steps to Reproduce

1.  upgrade the openshift-gitops operator to v1.14
2. create a new app using the manifests from repository that has multiple branches.
3. The ArgoCD UI does not show the branches to select from in the `Revision` field.

Actual results:

The branches are not shown

Expected results:

Branches from the selected repository should be visible.
