Update operators to support deployment of Argo CD Image Updater

Argo CD and GitOps operators will need to be updated to deploy required resources to launch Image updater resources through the operator. This includes creation and management of required:

• secrets
• roles
• rolebindings
• configmaps
• serviceaccounts
• deployments
• servicemonitors (if any)

Acceptance criteria

• required resources are created and set up properly to ensure e2e functionality of image updater 

• unit/e2e tests
• documentation
