KAM: --push-to-git flag creates private repository in wrong path

Scenario

• Testing KAM end to end on a PSI cluster with enterprise gitlab repositories
• $GITOPS_REPO_URL=https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/vab/gitops.git

Steps to reproduce

Upon running kam bootstrap command with push-to-git=true, resources are pushed to https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/gitops/gitops.git instead of https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/vab/gitops.git
