In Fuse IDE, from Local Fabric->root, clicked Create a new Child Container. Named it Broker2 and assigned it the mq profile. Broker2 appears in Fabric Explorer right above root. Inspected the properties pane, Broker2 never comes alive or becomes provisioned. Checked the fabric:container-list at the command line. Same status for Broker2.
