Stored selection not always re-selecting Rest Element

Noticed when working on FUSETOOLS-3030 that the decoration of previous selections isn't always happening correctly.

To test:

1. open a Camel configuration with a REST config, element, and operation already defined
2. Select the REST operation on the REST tab
3. Switch to the Source tab
4. Switch back to the REST tab

I am seeing that the REST Element isn't highlighted, but the REST Operation is. Both should be highlighted to correctly denote the selected flow.

Not a critical issue, but something that should be cleaned up.
