Register Launch Configuration for fabric8-maven-plugin when creating project

    • Documentation (Ref Guide, User Guide, etc.), Release Notes, Interactive Demo/Tutorial, User Experience
    • SpringBoot based Integration Projects can now be launched / debugged using Run as / Debug as Local Camel Context.

    Description

      currently, before first launch we need to go searching for them in "launch configuration" dialog

      After first launch, they already appear in the list but only from Toolbar button menu... which is not available in Fuse perspective...
      Might be a better idea to add this Run/Debug menu in Fuse perspective and search why they don't appear by default in Right-click menu.
