Property editor fields' Plus (+) and Elipse(...) buttons broken - open wrong wizards/dialogs

In Properties edtor,, clicking the + button next to a property field opens the New Java Class wizard instead of a menu listing the optional settings for the property. Clicking the ... button opens an empty selection box. The attached graphics spotlight the Aggregate EIP as an example, but any EIP having properties supporting multiple options that should be selectable from a menu will be affected. I will look for my list of Affected EIPs and attach it to this Jira.
