Allow to move existing components on the diagram

    Description

      Imagine you want to change/refactor an existing Camel route to add a CBR. You add a choice container, then you add a 'when' and an 'otherwise' inside it. But you can't move other components outside the Choice inside it's 'when' or 'choice' nodes.

      I can only add new components from the Palette to compose my Choice routing!

      use case:

      1. Create a new Route (or open an existing one)
      2. add some components (if there isn't already) from the palette inside the Route container
      3. add a Choice container
      4. add a When and a Otherwise
      5. Move any existing component (outside the Choice) from the Route to inside the When or Otherwise
