Job are failing on CI

I thought that it was due to the move to Eclipse neon but I just tried with Eclipse Mars and the same error occurred.

when the Fuse Tooling templates are launched as "Local Debug", the tests are failing because it is not finding the test classes for instance
but just before, the maven log says that it find teh class and is compiling it
