New page for global / context wide configurations on Camel Multipage Editor

    Description

      We need another tab / or view which displays global elements like beans, db connections, data formats, SAP servers etc.

      It should provide a way to:

      1. list available elements
      2. add new elements using specific (to be made) wizards
      3. modify elements
      4. remove elements

      Current status:

      • an extension point has been provided to list new kind of element in this page: org.fusesource.ide.editor.globalConfigContributor
      • supported kinds are Data Formats and Endpoints

      --> new tasks will be opened to handle other elements.
