TAB on export repeats ACCEPT_DEFAULTS

    Description

      When I hit TAB continuously on the export command, it just adds ACCEPT_DEFAULTS indefinitely : 

      [forge2s]$ ex
export  exit
[forge2s]$ export DEFAULTS= ACCEPT_DEFAULTS ACCEPT_DEFAULTS ACCEPT_DEFAULTS ACCEPT_DEFAULTS ACCEPT_DEFAULTS
