      Given the OVN interconnect architecture, 

      When a new Transit_Router object is added to ovn-ic-nb, 

      Then ovn-ic-sb schema must support binding to it and treat it as a valid datapath peer. 

      ( ) The test plan/test case pass successfully on all non blocking functions of the feature

      This task is tracking the test case writing activities to cover the feature request described below.

      Add table into ovn-ic-nb database for transit router, the schema should be almost identical to already existing transit switch. At the same time we need to adjust the ovn-ic-sb schema for Datapath_Binding and Port_Binding, both of those have an assumption that they are connected only to transit switch.
