      Given a system administrator managing OVN networking in OpenShift,

      When they configure a logical switch port with a list of allowed VLAN trunks, 

      Then only the specified VLANs should be passed to the workload interface and others should be filtered or dropped in order to mimick bridge/OVS CNI behaviors.

      This task is tracking the test case writing activities to cover the feature request described below.

      Today it is possible to pass the full trunk into the workload by using the `other_config : vlan-passthru` logical switch option (a boolean).

      Still, we'd like to have better granularity: we need to be able to specify which VLAN tags trickle down to a specific workload.
