Remove the index JCR_IDX_SITEM_PARENT_NAME if not required

    Details

      Description

Once the test infrastructure will allow us to launch automatically the tests on all supported configurations, it could be interesting to check if removing the index JCR_IDX_SITEM_PARENT_NAME has any effects on performances and if so we could check if simply reordering the filters in the queries could allow the DB to use JCR_IDX_SITEM_PARENT instead of JCR_IDX_SITEM_PARENT_NAME since JCR_IDX_SITEM_PARENT_NAME is only JCR_IDX_SITEM_PARENT ordered differently.

If removing (or replacing) the index JCR_IDX_SITEM_PARENT_NAME (with JCR_IDX_SITEM_PARENT) is possible, we could then get rid of it which will allow us to consume less disc space and improve a little bit the write operations.
