      Document the steps a Flink admin should take to provision a Flink Cluster.

      This task only covers provisioning a cluster in session mode, so using a FlinkDeployment CR that does not include spec.job.

      The documentation should include how to secure the cluster and configure Prometheus to scrape metrics.
